1.
Promotional price for donation made
People who have made a donation intended for the organization and realization of the trip “Coniunctio 2027 – Eclipse in Egypt” at any time between February 11 and July 31, 2026 (inclusive) obtain priority participation in the trip guided by Matías De Stefano.
As a thank you for this contribution, you will receive a personal and non-transferable code that will allow you to apply the amount of your donation as a discount on the final registration fee for the trip.
The code is only valid if the data of the registered person matches that of the person who made the donation (name, surname and email address with which the donation was made).
The donation itself does not constitute a reservation of a place or a payment on account of the registration price: it is a contribution to the organization of the event that grants priority of participation and access to the promotional price, under the conditions described here and in the Participation Contract and Liability Waiver referred to in Clause 4.
2.
No refund of donation — priority transfer
Any donation made between February 11 and July 31, 2026 (inclusive) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Yes, it is transferable, but only to one (1) person and only once. To do so, the transfer must be documented by email to the person to whom the priority is being transferred, also notifying the YOSOY team, who must confirm the transfer via eclipse@yosoy.red.
Once the transfer is confirmed, the priority of participation and access to the promotional price will remain exclusively with the recipient, and the original donor will lose all rights to them.
3.
Unidentified donation
If the team is unable to identify a donation made between February 11 and July 31, 2026 (inclusive), they will personally contact the registered person to coordinate the regularization of the balance corresponding to the current registration price, without applying the promotional price until the donation is identified.
4.
Confirmation of registration and completion of the contract
Within 72 business hours after registration and payment, the Organization will confirm if a promotional price applies for the identified donation and will send the registered person the Participation Contract and Liability Waiver.
Payment of the registration fee alone does not reserve or guarantee a place on the trip. A place is secured exclusively upon signing the Participation Contract and Liability Waiver and returning it to the Organization, at which point the contractual relationship between the parties begins. This contract incorporates and elaborates on, among other things, the payment, admission, and liability conditions applicable to the trip.
5.
Payment in installments
Fees must be paid on the due date. In case of late payment, the registered person has a grace period of 7 (seven) business days to settle the payment. If the corresponding fee is not paid within this period, the reserved place will be automatically forfeited.
6.
Payment problems
In case of delays or problems with the payment card, or any other problem related to the payment of the registration fee, the registered person should contact eclipse@yosoy.red.
7.
Cancellation and refund
Until January 1, 2027, those wishing to withdraw will receive a refund of up to 70% of the registration fees paid (this does not include the donation, which is non-refundable according to Clause 2). After January 1, 2027, no refunds will be issued.
This clause regulates the voluntary withdrawal of the registered person and does not apply to cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (Clause 9) or non-admission by the Organization (Clause 10), which are governed by their own rules.
8.
Immigration and entry issues
The Organization does not guarantee entry for any participant into the Arab Republic of Egypt or any other country included in the itinerary. Obtaining a visa, valid passport, vaccinations, or other documentation required by immigration or health authorities is the sole responsibility of each participant.
The Organization will not be responsible for decisions by immigration authorities to admit or reject the entry of a participant, nor for any damages, expenses or losses that this may cause, including the inability to participate fully or partially in the trip.
9.
Unforeseen circumstances and force majeure
The Organization will not refund the sums paid if the event cannot be carried out, in whole or in part, due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure beyond its control, including, but not limited to: wars, armed conflicts or their imminence, natural or man-made disasters, pandemics or health emergencies, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, decisions of government authorities, closure of borders or airspace, or any other impediment beyond the reasonable control of the Organization.
When possible, the Organization will endeavor to reschedule the affected event or activities within a maximum period of two (2) years, equivalent to twenty-four (24) months, counted from the date originally scheduled to begin the event.
10.
Right of admission
The Organization reserves the right of admission and continued attendance at the event, under the terms and conditions set out in the Participation Contract and Liability Waiver.
11.
Participation of minors
Minors under 18 years of age may only participate in the trip accompanied, at all times and throughout the entire journey, by their father, mother or legal guardian.
The accompanying parent or guardian must register and travel as a participant, directly and personally assuming responsibility for the care and supervision of the minor during all trip activities, including nighttime activities, and must sign the Participation Contract and Liability Waiver in that capacity, both on behalf of the minor and in their own name.
The Organization will not accept registrations from minors who are not traveling accompanied by their father, mother or legal guardian under these terms, and will not admit their participation in the trip if such accompaniment is not effectively verified at the time of departure, applying in such case the provisions of Clause 10.
12.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, as well as the Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
For the interpretation, validity, compliance, resolution or any other conflict that may arise from these Terms and Conditions or the Participation and Liability Waiver Agreement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the city of Venado Tuerto, Province of Santa Fe, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
13.
Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver
These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver, which all registered participants must read, accept, and sign as a condition for securing their place on the trip. In the event of any discrepancy between the two documents regarding payment, admission, or liability conditions, the provisions of the Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver shall prevail, as it is the instrument that formalizes the contractual relationship.
